The Safety Speed SPM301HD Screw Pocket Machine is designed for high-production pocket-hole joinery in woodworking and cabinet assembly environments. The machine drills a pilot hole while machining a six-degree screw pocket in a single operation.

The SPM301HD includes a continuous-duty electric spindle motor similar to those used in CNC machines and an integrated air drill system. The cam-driven mechanical system allows the pilot drill and end mill to operate simultaneously during the machining cycle.

The machine operates on standard 220V power and requires compressed air for operation.
