LTL Freight Shipments (Orders Over 100 lbs)
Orders shipped via Less-Than-Truckload (LTL) freight typically ship within 2–3 business days after processing and arrive within 7–10 business days after shipment, depending on location and carrier scheduling.
Liftgate and Residential Delivery Fees
Liftgate service and residential delivery are optional and incur an additional fee.
Liftgate service typically ranges from $75–$150 depending on shipment size and carrier.
Residential delivery fees vary by location and carrier.
All applicable fees are shown at checkout before payment and must be accepted to complete the order.

Order Confirmation
Payment Authorization
When you place an order, your payment method is authorized but not charged.
Funds are only captured once the order ships.
If an item is unavailable, the authorization is released and no charge is processed.
As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment. If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail. If your item(s) are available, we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.
Order Shipment
If your order is in stock and we process the charges to your credit card, it will ship after processing is complete. We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out.

International Shipping
We currently ship only within the United States.
Orders with shipping addresses outside the United States are not accepted.
Changing Address
If the order has processed or shipped and you'd like to change your address, we will do our best to accommodate this change. Please expect delays for all address changes. Any additional carrier fees incurred as a result of the address change are the responsibility of the customer. This policy applies to all orders.

All shipping times are estimates and should not be taken as a guarantee. Orders are transmitted to our fulfillment partners after processing, and shipping timelines may vary by vendor and product availability.
Order Cancellation After Shipment
If an order is canceled after shipment, the customer is responsible only for the following, where applicable:
• Outbound shipping charges
• Return shipping charges
• Carrier restocking or re-delivery fees charged to us
• Warehouse storage fees incurred due to refused or delayed delivery
No additional fees are charged beyond those listed above.
Please note that shipping times may vary based on the brand and whether the item is made to order.
Shipping Options
Our base “Curb-side” Pickup shipping is provided at no additional charge. This option usually takes between 7–10 days to arrive at your doorstep after you have submitted your order. Additional delivery options may be available at checkout depending on the product and location.
Threshold Shipping
This involves the item being brought onto your porch or into a sheltered/garage area.
