Unmatched Smoothness Under Load

The BMT.3200.IR table system is designed to move freely and accurately even under heavy panel loads, reducing operator fatigue and maintaining cut quality throughout long production runs. The 126" x 14" sliding table handles panels up to 126" in crosscut capacity, while the cast iron table measures 35" x 21" for solid workpiece support on the fixed side.

Power and Precision in Every Cut

The 5HP main motor runs at 4,000 RPM with a maximum cutting height of 3-1/2" at 90° and 2-7/16" at 45°, covering everything from full-depth rips to precise bevel cuts. The 3/4HP conical scoring motor at 8,000 RPM scores the underside of the panel before the main blade passes through, eliminating tear-out on veneered and melamine surfaces. Max ripping capacity reaches 51" and the crosscut fence adjusts from 78" closed to 120" open.

Built-In Dust Management

Two 4" dust collection ports, including one on the dual overhead saw guard, keep fine dust under control during operation. Minimum dust collection requirement is 1,000 CFM for optimal performance.
