The CAP-2 Sanding Booth is a compact, enclosure-style dust capture solution designed for localized sanding and surface preparation operations. Constructed from galvanized steel, the booth is intended for capturing dust generated during sanding, grinding, or similar finishing processes in smaller work areas.

This model features a 79" working booth face and is rated for 6,500 CFM airflow, making it suitable for single-station sanding or limited-width workpieces. Air movement is provided by a 3 HP integral suction fan, configured to support consistent airflow across the booth opening.

The CAP-2 is equipped with four aluminized polyester filter cartridges (Ø13" x 39"L) and a pulse-jet compressed air cleaning system . Collected dust is directed into removable trays positioned at the base of the booth to support routine material disposal and maintenance.

The modular design allows the CAP-2 to operate as a stand-alone sanding booth or to be configured for connection to a larger dust collection system, depending on facility requirements.

The CAP-3 Sanding Booth expands both airflow capacity and working width for medium-scale sanding and finishing operations. Built from galvanized steel, the CAP-3 is designed for the capture and extraction of dust produced during sanding, grinding, or similar material processing tasks.

With a 118" working booth face and 8,800 CFM airflow rating, this model supports wider components or multi-position sanding setups. Airflow is supplied by a 5.5 HP fan motor, providing increased capacity compared to smaller booth configurations.

The CAP-3 includes five aluminized polyester filter cartridges (Ø13" x 39"L) and a pulse-jet compressed air filter cleaning system , allowing accumulated dust to be periodically removed from the filter surfaces. Dust is collected in removable trays located at the bottom of the collection face for convenient disposal.

This model is commonly used as a stand-alone sanding booth, but its modular construction allows integration with centralized dust collection systems when required.

The CAP-4 Sanding Booth is designed for higher-volume sanding applications that require increased airflow and extended booth face width. Fabricated from galvanized steel, this model supports dust capture from larger workpieces or multiple sanding positions within a single enclosure.

The CAP-4 provides a 157" working booth face and is rated for 13,000 CFM airflow. Air movement is generated by a dual 3 HP fan motor configuration (3 + 3 HP), supporting increased airflow capacity across the wider booth opening.

This configuration utilizes six aluminized polyester filter cartridges (Ø13" x 39"L) paired with a pulse-jet compressed air cleaning system to maintain filter performance during operation. Collected dust is directed into removable trays positioned at the base of the booth for routine cleanout.

The CAP-4 can function as a stand-alone sanding booth or be configured to connect with larger dust collection systems, depending on installation requirements and airflow management needs.

The CAP-5 Sanding Booth is the largest standard model in the CAP Series and is intended for wide-format sanding operations and high-volume dust capture environments. Constructed from galvanized steel, this booth is designed to accommodate large components or multiple simultaneous sanding stations.

Featuring a 197" working booth face and a 15,000 CFM airflow rating, the CAP-5 provides the greatest airflow capacity in the CAP Series lineup. Airflow is supplied by a dual 4 HP fan motor configuration (4 + 4 HP) to support the increased booth width and air volume.

This model is equipped with eight aluminized polyester filter cartridges (Ø13" x 39"L) and a pulse-jet compressed air cleaning system to support ongoing filter maintenance. Dust is collected in removable trays at the bottom of the booth for disposal.

Like other CAP Series models, the CAP-5 can be installed as a stand-alone sanding booth or configured to connect with centralized dust collection infrastructure where required.
