Ritter R113 - 13 Spindle Manual Single Row Line Boring Drill

The Ritter R113 Mini Line Drill is designed for drilling shelf pin and line boring patterns used in cabinet and furniture manufacturing. The machine uses a multi-spindle drill head that allows multiple holes to be drilled simultaneously on standard 32mm spacing.

The drill head contains 13 spindles arranged on 32mm centers, allowing the operator to produce consistent shelf support hole patterns in panels and cabinet sides. Indexing pins located on both sides of the machine allow the drilling pattern to be repeated along the workpiece length.

An adjustable rear fence allows the operator to set the offset distance from the panel edge, while the work stations on both sides of the machine support positioning of cabinet components during drilling operations. Spring-operated material clamps hold the workpiece during the boring cycle.
