Safety Speed Screw Pocket Machine SPM301

The Safety Speed SPM301 Screw Pocket Machine is designed for drilling pilot holes and machining low-angle screw pockets for woodworking and cabinet assembly applications. The machine uses a cam-driven mechanical action to provide controlled machining during the cutting cycle.

A pilot drill and ball end mill operate simultaneously to produce screw pockets while helping reduce cycle time. The mechanical linkage system keeps the drill and router bit synchronized throughout the machining process. An analog depth gauge allows operators to adjust for different material thicknesses quickly.

The SPM301 operates on standard 110V power and requires compressed air for machine operation. Its heavy-duty construction supports repeated use in cabinet shops and woodworking production environments.
