Safety Speed 6400 Vertical Panel Saw

Route panels both vertically and horizontally on a 10′ heavy-duty steel frame with a powerful 3+ horsepower motor. The specially designed router platform provides consistent alignment from the face of the panel, assuring a consistent depth of cut with a tolerance of 1/64″. Whether performing standard dados, blind dados, rabbet dados, or V-grooving applications, the 3400 is a dependable choice for large-scale routing. Wheels, a stand, and a dust kit are included as standard equipment with this machine.

The 6400 panel saw utilizes a heavy-duty worm-gear driven saw motor designed for production applications. Additional steel supports in the frame, the worm-drive motor, double guide tube bearings, and machined aluminum material rollers create a heavier-duty machine with a guaranteed cutting accuracy of 1/64″ straight and square. The 6400 cuts panels up to 64″ tall and comes standard with a 3 HP worm-drive saw motor, adjustable vertical and horizontal rulers, an enclosed counterweight system, and quick change capability from vertical to horizontal cutting.
