Safety Speed 6400 Vertical Panel Saw

Route panels both vertically and horizontally on a 10’, heavy-duty steel frame with a powerful, 3+ horsepower motor. The specially designed router platform provides a consistent alignment from the face of the panel assuring a consistent depth of cut with a tolerance of 1/64”. Whether it’s standard dados, blind dados, rabbet dados or v-grooving applications, the 3400 is the best choice for dependable routing on a large scale. Wheels, a stand and a dust kit are included as standard equipment on this machine.

The 6400 panel saw utilizes a heavy-duty worm gear driven saw motor for production applications. The additional steel supports in the frame, worm driven motor, double guide tube bearings and machined aluminum material rollers result in a heavier duty machine with a guaranteed cutting accuracy of 1/64" straight and square. The 6400 cuts panels up to 64" tall. The 6400 comes standard with a 3 Hp worm driven saw motor, adjustable vertical and horizontal rulers, enclosed counter weight system, quick change from vertical to horizontal cutting.
