The Safety Speed 60HA Hot Air Edgebander is designed for applying preglued edgebanding to panels in woodworking and cabinet shop environments. The machine uses hot air activation to bond preglued tape to panel edges while maintaining a consistent feed rate and trimming process.

This American-made edgebander includes electronic variable speed control, digital temperature adjustment, electromagnetic end cutters, and an Accutrim edge trim system to support consistent edge finishing during panel processing.

For shops that prefer applying adhesive during the edging process rather than using preglued tape, Safety Speed also manufactures a Glue Pot Edgebander.
