Safety Speed DFC-H564 Panel Saw and Dust Free Cutter

Whether you’re cutting acrylic, aluminum, wood, high density CORAFOAM® (HDU), aluminum composite material (ACM) or other substrates, the DFC makes quick work of most sign making material. Featuring an easily interchangeable dust free substrate cutter cartridge system and vertical panel saw, it will drive your bottom line without outsourcing parts of your business. Effective 8/1/2026, the motor has been upgraded to a SKIL® Worm Drive Motor.

The DFC-H5 Panel saw & Substrate Cutter includes an interchangeable panel saw, as well as the following cartridges: Aluminum Composite Material (ACM) Cartridge, Utility Blade Cartridge (15 heavy-duty blades included), and an Acrylic scoring cartridge. The following accessories are included in the price of this machine: 860TCG Saw Blade, Dust Collection Kit, QUICK STOP® Gauge 5ft, Stand and Wheels, and a Backer board.
