The Ritter R901 Edge Sanding Machine is designed for edge sanding and finishing operations in woodworking environments. The machine features a vertical belt sanding configuration with dual worktables and steel platen support for sanding straight edges and small components.

The R901 includes two bias-tilting worktables positioned along the sanding belt to support multiple sanding positions during operation. A drum end-sanding unit allows additional sanding capability for smaller workpieces or end-grain sanding tasks.

The machine is constructed with a heavy steel frame and uses a 3 HP abrasive belt drive motor. Dual dust collection hoods are included to allow connection to a compatible dust collection system during operation.
