The Ritter R152 Line Drill is designed for drilling evenly spaced system holes in cabinet and closet panel components. The machine uses two drill rows operating simultaneously to produce shelf pin hole patterns used in cabinet and furniture construction.

The R152 is equipped with 152 spindles arranged in two rows of 76, allowing panels up to 8 feet in length to be drilled in a single operation. The machine configuration supports consistent hole spacing and repeatable drilling across full-length panels commonly used in closet system manufacturing.

CNC table feed control and programmable through-boring allow the drilling process to be adjusted for different panel sizes and layouts. Twin ball screw stroke control and servo-driven movement provide controlled drill positioning while right and left work stations support panel handling during operation.
