The Maksiwa CBC.T Automatic Edgebander is a fully automatic, production-ready machine built around a stainless-steel mono-block base that delivers the kind of rigidity and stability serious cabinet shops demand. Panels feed through automatically with all operating units synchronized, leaving you free to focus on output rather than adjustments.

Built for Precision and Stability

The friction-free worktable and high-adherence toothed belt feed system move panels through smoothly and consistently at 16 ft/min. Dual pressure rollers and angled feed rollers in the table bed keep material tracked and controlled throughout the entire process. All stations feature mechanical readouts for easy reference, and the upper protection hood provides quick access to all operating units without interrupting the workflow.

Fully Equipped Out of the Box

The CBC.T comes with end trimming at 9,000 RPM and flush trimming at 10,000 RPM, top and bottom buffing motors, a telescopic front support with rollers, an anodized aluminum outfeed fence, and a dust collection port. An electrical cabinet with PLC, pad-lockable main switch, and overload protection rounds out the safety and control package alongside an emergency stop button.

Handles a Wide Range of Material

Panel thickness range of 12mm to 45mm (31/64" to 1-3/4") and edgebanding thickness from 0.4mm to 3mm give you flexibility across a broad range of cabinet and furniture components. The 31-1/2" edgebanding coil support diameter accommodates large rolls, reducing reload frequency during long runs. Glue type is pellet or granulated hot-melt, operating in the range of 180° to 210°C.
