The Maksiwa CBC FLEX is a handheld portable edgebander built for woodworkers who need to apply edge banding tape to curved pieces, both concave and convex, without being tied to a stationary setup. At just 21 lbs, it's light enough to take anywhere on the job while still delivering the precision and control you'd expect from a dedicated edgebanding machine.

Made for Curves

Most edgebanders are designed for straight edges only. The CBC FLEX is purpose-built for curved work, making it the go-to tool when you're dealing with shaped cabinet doors, rounded furniture components, or any piece where a standard machine falls short.

Portable or Stationary — Your Choice

The CBC FLEX works equally well as a handheld unit or as a stationary edgebander. Using the included mounting plate it can be fixed to a table, and fix clamps allow it to be secured to virtually any workbench. One machine, two configurations.

Precise, Adjustable Performance

Digital temperature control keeps your granulated hot-melt glue in the optimal range of 130° to 180°C, while adjustable feeder speed — from 0 to 19 ft/min — lets you dial in the pace to match your material and tape thickness. Handles tape from 0.3mm to 1mm thick with a maximum tape width of 1-57/64".
