Maksiwa Edgebander CBC TPM - Pre-Milling

The Maksiwa CBC.TPM Automatic Edgebander brings full production-line capability to workshops where floor space is at a premium. Built around a compact design without sacrificing functionality, it combines pre-milling, gluing, end trimming, top and bottom trimming, glue scraping, buffing, and vertical rounding in a single machine — all controlled through an intuitive touchscreen panel.

Pre-Milling for a Flawless Finish

The dual high-frequency pre-milling motors run at 9,000 RPM and clean up the panel edge before the tape is applied, ensuring a tight, seamless bond with no gaps or irregularities. Combined with the glue scraper and buffing units, the CBC.TPM delivers a finished edge that requires no additional cleanup — straight off the machine.

Automatic, Synchronized Operation

Panels feed through automatically at 21 ft/min (6.5 m/min) with all operating units working in sync. The Teflon-coated glue pot holds 1 lb (0.5 kg) of granulated hot-melt EVA glue, operating in the recommended range of 356°F to 410°F (180°C to 210°C). The machine handles panel thicknesses from 13/32" to 1-3/4" and edgebanding from 0.4mm to 2mm across materials including Melamine, PVC, ABS, and PP.

Compact Without Compromise

At 93-1/2" x 40-13/16" x 53" with the extendable panel support rail reaching 83-1/2", the CBC.TPM fits into tighter shop layouts while still supporting panels as small as 4-3/4" in length and 1-3/4" in width. Sound output is rated at 80 dB.
