CNC-Controlled Rip Fence with Touchscreen Interface

The programmable rip fence takes the guesswork out of repetitive rip cuts, allowing precise fence positioning to be dialed in and recalled through the intuitive touchscreen panel. This level of control reduces setup time significantly during high-volume runs and keeps cut accuracy consistent across every panel.

Exceptional Cutting Capacity

The 10HP main motor offers three selectable blade speeds, 3,000, 4,000, and 5,000 RPM, allowing the operator to match cutting speed to material type and thickness. The 16" blade capacity handles a maximum cutting height of 5" at 90° and 3-1/2" at 45°, with a max cut capacity of 51". The 1HP conical scoring motor runs at 8,000 RPM to eliminate tear-out on veneered and melamine surfaces before the main blade passes through.

Generous Table System

The 126" x 15" sliding table is complemented by a 35" x 21" cast iron table, a 37" x 35" rear extension table, and a 32-1/2" x 12-1/2" front extension table, bringing the total table surface to 68" x 59". This gives operators ample support for large panels throughout the entire cut. A dual blade protection cover and built-in dust collection, with a 4" overhead port and a 4-3/4" main port, keep the work environment clean and safe. A full set of blades is included.
