The Maksiwa CBC/2.MR is a cabinet edgebander built for shops that work across multiple tape materials and glue types. Loaded with an extension table and two interchangeable glue pots, it gives you the flexibility to switch between setups quickly without compromising on output quality or consistency.

Dual Glue Pot Versatility

Two interchangeable 1.5 lb glue pots let you switch between glue types or tape materials without the downtime of cleaning and reloading a single pot. The CBC/2.MR works with the most widely used edgebanding materials including PVC, ABS, PP, veneer, and non-fleeced melamine — handling tape thicknesses from 0.4mm to 2mm and heights up to 3".

Smooth, Adjustable Feeding

Manual feeding speed is adjustable from 0 to 26 ft/min, giving you control over how quickly material moves through the machine. The edgebanding coil support handles rolls up to 19-1/2" in diameter, reducing how often you need to reload and keeping production moving. Granulated hot-melt glue operates in the recommended range of 130° to 180°C for a reliable, consistent bond.

Built for the Cabinet Shop

With extensions open the machine spans 101-3/4" in length, providing ample infeed and outfeed support for longer panels. At 330 lbs it's a substantial, stable unit designed to stay planted during continuous production runs.
