RITTER R76 Line Drill, 76 Spindle CNC Drilling System

The Ritter R76 CNC System Drill is part of the Panel Master Series and is designed for drilling system holes used in closet and cabinet panel production. The machine is configured with a single drill row that allows full-length closet panels to be drilled in one continuous process.

The drill row position and boring depth are programmable through the machine control system, allowing operators to set drilling locations for different panel configurations. Linear rails and ball screw positioning systems provide controlled drill row movement and accurate hole placement along the panel.

A servo-driven table feed controls the drilling stroke and allows through-feed boring when processing longer panels. The multi-spindle drill head is arranged on standard 32 mm centers, supporting consistent system hole spacing used in closet and cabinet construction.
