Ritter R8041 Four Spindle Horizontal Borer - Adjustable Centers 1-1/4" to 11"

The Ritter R8041 is a four spindle, twin motor horizontal borer engineered for high-output woodworking shops that demand accuracy and durability. Equipped with two double spindle gear heads powered by two independent 1 HP motors, the R8041 handles stile and rail drilling, furniture doweling, line boring, table pin locating, and a variety of other wood component drilling tasks with ease. The workpiece is held firmly in place by a pneumatic clamp, and the machine offers full adjustability of index stops, bed height, and depth of cut. Designed and manufactured in the USA.

Adjustability and Control

Spindle centers on the R8041 adjust from 1-1/4 to 11 inches, while each gear head features 1 inch spindle centers for consistent multi-hole patterns. Boring depth adjusts from 0 to 3 inches and spindle height adjusts from 0 to 2 inches, giving operators precise control over every application. The foot pedal actuated boring cycle and manual motor controls keep operation straightforward and efficient.
