MAKSIWA Hinge Boring Machine - HBM.1000

The Maksiwa RBB.4G is a 4-group automatic edge trimmer built to deliver a complete, professional finish on edge banded MDF panels and similar sheet materials. In a single pass, it handles trimming, scraping, and polishing,  leaving your panels ready to go without any additional cleanup or hand finishing.

Four Groups, One Pass

The RBB.4G's four dedicated processing groups work in sequence to trim, scrape, and polish edge tape up to 1mm thick on panels up to 2-3/4" (70mm) in height. The result is a flush, clean edge that requires no further attention. A built-in dust collection port keeps the work area clean throughout the process.

Fast Automatic Feed

With an automatic feed system running at 56 ft/min (17 m/min), the RBB.4G moves through panels quickly and consistently. It handles workpieces from 6" to 138" in length and a minimum width of 3", making it well suited for everything from small cabinet components to large full-size panels. It pairs particularly well with the Maksiwa CBC.MR Edgebander as part of a complete edgebanding workflow.

Simple Setup, Repeatable Results

Operation is straightforward — select your panel, adjust the machine to the panel height, switch it on, and run the piece through. Height adjustment ensures the machine is dialed in accurately for each panel thickness, and the ergonomic design keeps the process comfortable during extended production runs.
