High static air pressure system designed for CNC routing, sanding, and other fine dust applications. Equipped with SMART Boost® technology that increases airflow performance through smaller 2.5″–4″ ports. The complete system includes a heavy-gauge steel cyclone separator, U.S.-made motor, modular cartridge filters, angle iron stand, rotary air lock valve, remote control, and additional components. Dust bin sold separately.

Primarily designed for CNC applications, this system uses patented SMART Boost® technology to deliver higher static pressure than standard dust collectors and maintain strong airflow at the cutter head. This increased suction helps improve cut quality, extend cutter life, and reduce cleanup.

Traditional dust collector motors operate at a fixed speed. When duct runs are long or tool ports are smaller, airflow volume can decrease. SMART Boost technology adjusts fan speed as needed to maintain consistent airflow and suction performance during operation.

This high-pressure system is suitable for CNC machines as well as saws, jointers, lathes, shapers, planers, routers, sanders, and other woodworking equipment.
