Maksiwa USA offers a 30-day return policy on all purchases. To qualify, items must be returned in their original packaging and show no signs of use or installation. Returns that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.

Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. A 25% restocking fee applies to all returned items.

If you receive a shipment and notice the original box is damaged, violated, or broken, contact us immediately at (973) 319-8415. In the event a replacement is necessary, shipping costs will be waived.
