COIMA USA SHK-1 5 HP / 3200 CFM Enclosureless Dust Collector with Shaker

The COIMA USA SHK-1 is an enclosureless dust collector designed for dust collection systems requiring continuous airflow and mechanical filter cleaning. The unit uses polyester antistatic filter media and a shaker motor system to assist with filter maintenance.

The collector is equipped with a 5 HP fan operating at 1770 RPM and is designed to provide airflow up to 3200 CFM with a static pressure rating of 8 inches of water column. Filtration is provided by twelve cylindrical filters with a combined filter area of 119 square feet.

The filtration media consists of polyester antistatic material rated at 99.9219% efficiency for particles smaller than 2 microns. A 1/4 HP shaker motor is used for mechanical cleaning of the filters during operation.

The housing is constructed from 14-gauge galvanized steel. A flanged inlet adapter is required and must be selected based on the ducting configuration and system requirements.

The SHK-1 is designed in accordance with NFPA 654-2020 and NFPA 664-2020 guidelines. Additional NFPA safety equipment may be required depending on the type of dust being collected and the system configuration.
