Ritter R46 46 Spindle Double Row System Drill - 4" to 24" Centers

The Ritter R46 System Drill is designed for drilling hardware and shelving hole patterns used in frameless cabinetry and closet system panels. The machine is configured to drill two rows of system holes simultaneously, allowing cabinet components to be prepared efficiently for hardware installation and adjustable shelving.

The drill uses dual multi-spindle drill heads arranged on standard 32 mm centers to produce consistent hole spacing used in cabinet construction. The fixed top drilling head configuration provides stable panel support during drilling operations, while the fence reference system allows hardware hole patterns to be positioned accurately from the panel edge.

Adjustable drill head positioning along the precision beam allows the spacing between rows to be set for different cabinet hardware configurations. Indexing pins and adjustable stops allow the drilling pattern to be repeated along the panel length, supporting consistent hole placement during production.
