Dado Cutting Built In

Compatible with an 8" dado blade and a maximum stack capacity of 1-1/4", the BMS.3200.IR cuts clean, chip-free dadoes for joinery and cabinetmaking without needing a separate machine. Easy blade access lets you switch between dado and standard blades quickly, keeping production moving between operations.

Large Panel Capacity

The 14-3/4" x 132" sliding table travels up to 280", handling panels up to 120" in cutting length with ease. The fixed table extends to a maximum width of 52", and the guide adjusts from 71" closed to 128" fully open. At a maximum working footprint of 192" x 280", the BMS.3200.IR is built for shops running full-size sheet goods through a high-production workflow.

Power Across All Configurations

The 5HP main motor and 3/4HP scoring motor work in tandem to deliver precise, tear-free cuts across veneered, melamine, and solid wood panels. The scoring blade runs at a conical profile to prevent chipping on the underside of the panel before the main blade completes the cut. Both single and three phase options are available to match existing shop electrical infrastructure. Backed by a 2-year warranty.
