Coima USA CAP Series Dust Capture Booth

The CAP Series Dust Capture Booth is constructed from galvanized steel and is designed to capture and extract airborne dust generated during sanding, grinding, and welding operations. The modular construction allows the booth to be configured for different workspace layouts and operational requirements.

CAP Series booths are available in multiple widths, and custom configurations may be available depending on application requirements. The system can be installed as a stand-alone dust capture station or connected to a properly configured central dust collection system.

Each booth is equipped with aluminized polyester filter cartridges and a pulse-jet compressed air cleaning system designed to assist with maintaining filter performance. Captured dust is directed into removable collection trays located at the base of the booth for removal and disposal. An integrated suction fan, or connection to a compatible dust collection system, provides airflow across the booth opening during operation.

Optional Configurations

• Booth Extension Module – adds approximately 20 inches of booth depth
• Air Curtain Extension Module – directs return airflow toward the booth opening
• Timed Filter Cleaning Control – automatic timer control for the pulse-jet cleaning system
• ATEX-Rated Fan Motor – optional motor configuration designed for applications involving combustible dust
• Variable Frequency Drive (VFD) – optional variable speed control for the fan motor
