California Air Tools 8010DSPCAD is a compact air compressor system designed for environments where controlling noise and moisture in compressed air is important. The unit integrates an oil-free compressor, aftercooler, air dryer, automatic drain valve, and sound-reducing cabinet into a single setup.

The 1.0 HP motor operates at 1400 RPM to limit vibration and wear during operation. An oil-free dual piston pump removes the need for lubrication, helping reduce maintenance while keeping compressed air free from oil contamination.

An 8-gallon steel air tank with internal epoxy coating helps resist corrosion and supports long-term durability. The system operates up to 115 PSI, with automatic cycling between cut-in and cut-out pressures during use.

The cabinet is constructed with a metal frame and internal acoustic insulation, and includes dual exhaust fans to help manage heat during operation. Latching doors provide access to internal components for service and maintenance.

An integrated aftercooler condenses moisture from compressed air before it enters the air dryer, where activated alumina desiccant provides additional moisture reduction. The factory-installed automatic drain valve removes collected water from the tank at timed intervals, reducing manual maintenance.

The unit is mounted on caster swivel wheels for repositioning within a workspace when needed.
