The California Air Tools 60040CAD is configured for stationary use where consistent air supply and reduced maintenance are required. Operating at approximately 75 dBA, it can be installed in work areas where lower noise output is preferred compared to traditional compressors.

Two 2.0 HP motors run at 1680 RPM, allowing the system to maintain output while reducing heat buildup and mechanical stress during extended use.

An oil-free dual piston pump eliminates the need for lubrication, helping reduce routine service while preventing oil from entering the compressed air stream.

The unit includes a factory-installed automatic drain valve designed to remove moisture from the tank at timed intervals, reducing manual maintenance and limiting internal condensation buildup.
