California Air Tools 365C 5 Gallon Resin Casting Pressure Pot

California Air Tools 365C is a pressure pot designed for resin casting processes where controlled pressurization is used to minimize air entrapment during curing. The sealed chamber allows materials to be processed under consistent internal pressure conditions.

The 5-gallon steel tank is internally coated to assist with cleanup after use. Its internal dimensions allow placement of a standard 5-gallon container, supporting batch-style casting workflows.

Air is supplied through a 1/4" industrial quick-connect inlet and regulated using an integrated pressure regulator. A manual shut-off valve controls airflow into the chamber, while a pressure relief valve is set to release at 80 PSI for system protection.

The unit is mounted on a base with removable caster wheels, allowing repositioning within a workspace. The lid assembly creates a sealed environment for pressurization during operation.

This system is intended for resin casting, mold work, and similar applications requiring pressurized curing conditions.
