California Air Tools 255C 2.5 Gallon Resin Casting Pressure Pot

California Air Tools 255C is a sealed pressure pot designed for resin casting and similar applications where controlled internal pressure is required to reduce air entrapment during curing. The unit allows materials to be processed under pressure to improve surface consistency and reduce voids.

The 2.5-gallon steel chamber is internally coated to assist with cleanup after use. The sealed lid assembly enables pressurization of the container while maintaining a controlled environment during operation.

An integrated regulator allows adjustment of internal pressure, while the inlet connection supports standard compressed air supply through a 1/4" industrial quick-connect fitting. A pressure relief valve is included to release excess pressure, and a manual shut-off valve controls airflow into the tank.

The compact form factor allows the unit to be placed on work surfaces, and rubber feet provide stability during operation. A carry handle supports transport between work areas.

The system is intended for applications such as resin casting, mold work, and similar processes requiring pressurized curing conditions.
