Designed for shop air systems that require moisture control, the California Air Tools 20040DCADC combines dual motor output with an integrated drying and drainage setup. The unit uses two oil-free compressor pumps paired with a 20 gallon storage tank to supply air for general pneumatic tool use.

Air is processed through an onboard aftercooling and desiccant drying stage before reaching the outlet. This setup helps reduce moisture content in the air line, which is useful when operating tools sensitive to condensation.

Instead of traditional lubricated pumps, this system uses an oil-free piston design. This eliminates oil carryover and reduces service intervals associated with pump maintenance.

An automatic drain valve is included and cycles periodically to discharge collected moisture from the tank. This function reduces the need for manual draining during operation.

The compressor operates using two 2.0 HP motors running at approximately 1680 RPM. This configuration provides steady airflow output while limiting excess vibration during use.
