Built as an enclosed compressed air system, the California Air Tools 10020HDSPCADC integrates air compression, moisture control, and noise reduction within a single cabinet design. This configuration is intended for indoor use where both air quality and operating sound levels need to be controlled.

The system uses a 2.0 HP motor operating at 1680 RPM to support consistent air production while limiting vibration and mechanical wear. An oil-free dual piston pump removes the need for lubrication and helps maintain a clean compressed air supply.

A horizontal 10-gallon steel tank provides stored air capacity and is internally coated to help reduce corrosion over time. The system cycles automatically between pressure thresholds to maintain available air for intermittent applications.

Compressed air is routed through an aftercooler, where temperature is reduced and moisture begins to condense. The air then passes through a high-efficiency drying system using desiccant media to further reduce moisture content before reaching connected tools or equipment.

A factory-installed automatic drain valve removes accumulated water from the tank at programmed intervals, reducing the need for manual draining. A secondary manual drain valve is also included for maintenance access.

The cabinet enclosure is constructed with internal acoustic insulation and includes dual ventilation fans to help regulate internal temperature during operation. Access panels allow service to internal components, and the unit is mounted on caster wheels for repositioning as needed.
