Configured as a self-contained air system, the California Air Tools 10020DSPCAD combines a 10-gallon compressor, moisture control components, and an enclosed cabinet to support indoor operation where noise and air quality need to be managed.

The unit uses a 2.0 HP motor operating at 1680 RPM to maintain output while reducing vibration and mechanical stress. Its oil-free dual piston pump system eliminates lubrication requirements and helps keep compressed air free from oil carryover.

Compressed air is routed through an aftercooler, where temperature is reduced and water vapor begins to condense. The air then passes through an integrated dryer using desiccant media to further reduce moisture before reaching connected equipment.

The steel air tank is internally coated to help limit corrosion over time and stores compressed air for intermittent use. System pressure cycles automatically between set thresholds to maintain available air supply.

A factory-installed automatic drain valve removes accumulated moisture from the tank at timed intervals. The programmable timer allows adjustment of drain frequency and duration to match operating conditions.

The cabinet enclosure includes internal acoustic insulation and dual ventilation fans to help control both sound and temperature. Access doors allow service to internal components, and caster wheels support repositioning within the workspace.
