California Air Tools 10020DSPC combines a 10-gallon oil-free air compressor with an integrated aftercooler and air dryer, designed to reduce moisture in compressed air while operating within an enclosed cabinet system. This configuration is suited for indoor workspaces where both air quality and controlled noise levels are considerations.

Air compression is handled by a 2.0 HP motor running at 1680 RPM, supporting consistent output while limiting vibration and mechanical wear. The oil-free dual piston pump system removes the need for lubrication and helps maintain a clean air supply.

The steel air tank is internally coated to help reduce corrosion over time. The system cycles automatically between pressure thresholds, allowing it to maintain stored air for intermittent tool use.

An aftercooler lowers the temperature of compressed air and condenses moisture before it enters the air dryer. The dryer then removes additional moisture using desiccant media before the air is delivered to connected equipment.

The compressor is enclosed in a cabinet with internal acoustic insulation and ventilation fans to help manage both sound and heat. Access doors allow servicing of internal components, and the unit is mounted on caster wheels for movement within a workspace.
