California Air Tools 10020DC-22060 2 HP 10 Gallon Oil-Free Air Compressor with 80% Air Dryer

The California Air Tools 10020DC-22060 is a 220-volt air compressor designed for applications that benefit from reduced moisture in compressed air. The unit combines an oil-free dual piston compressor with an integrated aftercooler and desiccant drying stage to help lower moisture content before air reaches connected equipment.

California Air Tools manufactures compressors that operate at lower motor speeds compared with many conventional shop compressors. This model uses a SP-series 2 HP motor running at approximately 1680 RPM. Lower rotational speeds help decrease operating noise and mechanical wear while maintaining consistent airflow for tools and equipment.

The integrated air treatment assembly includes an aftercooler that lowers discharge air temperature, helping condense moisture. Air then passes through a desiccant drying cartridge containing activated alumina material designed to remove a significant portion of remaining water vapor.

An Easy Start Valve is incorporated to reduce starting load on the motor. By briefly releasing compressed air during start-up, the compressor allows the motor to reach operating speed with reduced initial resistance.
