The California Air Tools 10020CHAD-22060 is a 220V single-phase air compressor designed for workshop, service, and light industrial applications where reduced operating noise and consistent airflow are important. This model uses California Air Tools' oil-free dual piston pump design combined with a horizontal 10 gallon steel tank for compact air storage and dependable compressed air delivery.

The compressor is powered by a SP-9421 2 HP motor operating at approximately 1680 RPM. Lower motor speed helps reduce mechanical wear and operating noise while maintaining steady airflow for pneumatic tools and shop equipment.

An integrated Easy Start Valve releases a small amount of air during startup, helping reduce initial amperage draw and allowing the motor to start more smoothly in colder conditions.

This version includes the factory-installed EZ-1 automatic drain valve system. The timer-controlled drain periodically releases moisture from the tank, reducing condensation buildup and minimizing routine maintenance compared to manual draining systems.

The horizontal 10 gallon steel air tank is designed for stability and efficient storage under workbenches or shelving while still allowing mobility through the included wheel kit.
