California Air Tools 8010DSPC 1.0 HP 8 Gallon Oil-Free Air Compressor with 80% Air Dryer and Soundproof Cabinet

California Air Tools 8010DSPC is designed for work areas where lower operating noise and reduced moisture in the air supply are important. This unit combines an oil-free air compressor, aftercooler, air dryer, and soundproof cabinet into a compact system intended for indoor shop, office-adjacent, warehouse, and similar environments.

The 1.0 HP motor operates at 1400 RPM to reduce vibration and wear during operation. Its oil-free dual piston pump system helps reduce routine maintenance and keeps compressed air free from oil contamination.

The 8-gallon steel air tank is internally coated with epoxy to help resist corrosion and support long-term use. A maximum pressure of 115 PSI with an 85 PSI kick-on setting allows the system to cycle automatically during normal operation.

The soundproof cabinet uses a metal enclosure with internal acoustic insulation to help contain operating noise. Two latching doors allow access to internal components, and dual exhaust fans help remove warm air from the cabinet during use.

To help manage moisture, the system includes an aftercooler and 80% air dryer. The aftercooler condenses water vapor from compressed air before it enters the dryer, where activated alumina desiccant provides additional moisture reduction before air reaches connected tools or equipment.

Four caster swivel wheels allow the unit to be repositioned within the workspace when needed.
